Why does my customizable candle take longer to ship?

The customizable candles can take up to two weeks for processing, this is because each candle we make needs at least a week to set.
What if I want a bulk order of candles?

Why does my candle look crystalized on this sides?

This is a natural effect of soy wax, called frosting. This occurs with our all-natural soy wax, when the candle tries to return to its natural state. This is perfectly normal and won't effect your candle at all!
How do the freestanding candles melt?

We recommend burning your freestanding candle on a dish. If its not on a dish, it will melt into a big puddle of wax on your table. You can purchase a candle dish with your freestanding candles in our shop!
Whats the burn time of the free standing candles?

Depending on which candle it will vary, but you can expect it to burn between 2-4 hours. However once it is melted, you can scrape the melted down wax from the dish and place it in a wax melter for reuse. You can purchase a candle dish with your freestanding candles in our shop!
